Client searches outside a core-business typically at the executive level and
requires targeted research and recruiting efforts. A client pays a part of the
search fee in advance and the remainder upon completion of the search.
Our strategy is to perform contingency searches for skills we target as
“core business.” Client fee is due only when a candidate is hired by a client.
Typically the more skilled employees required by clients whose needs
range from senior-level accounting and financial management talent to
highly technical IT and engineering professionals.
Temporary to hire is an extremely cost effective way to monitor an
employee’s work habits and skill without obligation on the client’s part.
Client’s fee is based on employee’s hourly rate.
