How much does it cost to use 10% Fee’s services?

We provide premium recruiting services to Clients on a contingent fee basis. There is no up-front cost to employers who wish to use our service. Upon the successful placement of a referred Candidate, our Clients pay us a fee equal to 10% of the new employee’s first year’s total expected compensation.

What types of guarantees are made on placements?

Should the employment of any candidate referred by 10% Fee terminate within 90 calendar days from the first day of employment, 10% Fee will search for a replacement candidate.

Does 10% Fee perform confidential searches?

Yes, we do. We understand that some searches require confidentiality. When our Clients require confidential searches, our CSM’s create a confidential job order, ensuring that privacy is managed throughout the search.

Who is the point of contact at 10% Fee?

Each of our Clients is assigned to a Client Service Manager who serves as their single point of contact.

Who is the point of contact at a Client?

Each client company decides which person or people within their organization will interact with the CSM.

How are job seekers presented for our open requisitions?

All qualified candidates are screened by our recruiters and one of our Client Service Managers before being presented to our Client. CSM’s can also schedule and coordinate interviews for Clients. CSM’s can also verify references, and conduct background checks and testing as requested by the client.

Our company hires people with very specialized skill-sets or in high demand industries. Will we really get quality candidates?

Yes, you will get the best talent in the market!

Our recruiters source candidates within high demand and niche industries, including candidates with specialized experience, credentials and training.

Our Client Service Managers control the quality of the screening process, so that our Clients are only presented with candidates that match the qualifications listed on the job order.

What if 10% Fee presents candidates that we’re already talking to?

All referred candidates are considered to be valid unless, upon our presenting the candidate, you immediately notify us that you’ve recently had prior relevant conversations with the candidate.

We do not want to be solicited directly by recruiters. How does 10% Fee protect my company’s confidentiality?

Our clients are never contacted by our recruiters. Clients work with a single Client Service Manager on every job order. The CSM is the only person that contact our Clients.

How do we post new requisitions?

Our Clients can manage their job orders in various ways; through our online Client portal, via email to our CSM’s, or by contacting our CSM’s directly by telephone.

How do we edit requisitions after posting them? How can the client put a requisition “on hold” or cancel it?

Contact your CSM regarding any changes to a job order.

What is the payment process?

Our placement fee is due the effective date of hire and is payable immediately.
